It’s been an exciting fall term on campus, with many in-person events making their return!
This fall, Trinity students enjoyed a range of community-building events, including the first in-person Matriculation since 2019, in-person Orientation, welcome dinners, therapy dogs on campus, pumpkin carving in the Quad, movie nights and many other health and wellness get-togethers. The Trinity College Dramatic Society (TCDS) staged productions of Carrie the musical and “Tom Dick & Harry,” with a percentage of proceeds going to two local charities. And Conversat, the other much-loved Trinity formal ball, is scheduled to make a return in spring 2023.
Plus, one of Trinity’s most popular student-led social events, the Saints’ Charity Ball made its post-pandemic comeback this November. The attire may look different than it did in 1948, but the spirit of fun and togetherness was as present in 2022 as it has been for generations of Trinity students. This year, the Saints’ Charity Ball raised more than $3,000 for Black Lives Matter Toronto.
